Today we are joined by Paul Bright, former Manchester United Academy coach and Technical Director & Head of U.S. Operations at The Coaching Manual. Paul has recently been working with our San Diego Directors as well as many of our Surf clubs across the country implementing the session and season plans through the coaching manual & most recently setting us up with the awesome TopTekkers app. A former Manchester United academy coach, Paul will give us his advice and opinions on player development from his extensive background and experience.
